We have a semi-furnished room available in a 3bhk high-rise apartment (Parkside West). We are looking for a female roommate to occupy this mid sized room. The apartment is shared by 3 other working Indian women. The room is available for immediate move-in. You will be sharing the common bathroom with 2 other roommates.

The apartment is at a prime location in Newport with complete midtown and downtown Manhattan views. Newport Mall, AMC, Path station and light rail are at 4-5 minutes walking distance. Target, Staples, Morton Williams and Duane Reade are at 2 minutes walking distance.

The rent will be $1300 per month excluding utilities (internet, water and electricity – typically between $40-$60 per person). Deposit is 1 month’s rent.
