We are looking for another roommate to occupy the upstairs bedroom.
Bedroom is large and gets a good deal of sunlight throughout the day. Room overlooks Edgewater and gets a great view of the NYC skyline.
Current residents are friendly and quiet. Would love to have a roommate to drink tea/coffee and hang out. One male 30 (works from home) and One Female 25. LGBTQ+ friendly. Landlord is friendly and reliable.
We have a friendly old mini dachshund who loves pets and people. Only one pet is allowed on the property.
